Due to logistical and personnel limitations caused by the recent surge of Covid cases, processing of applications will be temporarily paused until after Holy Week. Families may continue to inquire or submit applications but may need to wait longer for confirmation and response. We apologize for the delay and look forward to serving you at full capacity once more.

The application season for new students will open on March 1, 2021, and continue until April 30, 2021. Kindly please note the following procedures:

1. Submit application
   1. Fill-up online application form
   2. Prepare and submit documents
   3. Settle application fee
2. Await assessment
   1. Scheduled by Kairos
   2. Indicated via e-mail
3. Undergo assessment
   1. Student entrance exam
   2. Family interview
4. Await results
   1. Families will be informed via e-mail
   2. Students who qualify will be permitted to reserve a slot
   3. Students who reserve slots will be permitted to enroll in July 

We applaud all our families for the effort and love they have invested in their children’s education in 2020! As the second quarter of the academic year continues under quarantine restrictions, Kairos commits to continuously support, encourage, and equip our parents to achieve the best possible education for their children.

Enrollment and orientation for School Year 2020-2021 will be conducted in August and will be exclusively available only to the following groups:

1. Students who are re-enrolling from the previous school year and have already formally reserved their slots.
2. New students who applied before May 31, have been assessed, have been accepted, and have formally reserved their slots.

We apologize that we are unable to accommodate any individuals beyond the above groups. Should your family wish to inquire more about homeschooling, we recommend that you explore the following guide from the Homeschoolers of the Philippines Facebook group.

All families applying to Kairos for the first time whose children are currently on the priority list (not waitlisted), kindly please check your e-mail inboxes by Tuesday, May 26, 2020.

Re-enrolling families who are adding a sibling to Kairos this year may disregard this announcement. Thank you!

Applications for all levels are officially CLOSED. Any applicants from this point on shall be automatically placed on the waitlist. Please see the advisory below for procedures and policies.

How do we get on the waitlist?

Applicants must submit all requirements (form, documents, non-refundable application fee) to be included in the waitlist. Verbal expression of intent does not qualify.

How does a slot become available?

A slot may become available if and only if a currently listed student forfeits his or her slot.

When will waitlisted students know if they have secured a slot?

Kairos is working hard to process our applicants as efficiently as we can. It is our goal to inform families by the end of June 2020 if they have managed to receive a slot or not.

How are waitlisted students prioritized?

Waitlisted students are given priority based on a combination of factors, including assessment performance, recommendation, and suitability for homeschooling. Should a slot become available, waitlisted students are awarded slots based upon merit rather than application date.

Due to the high volume of applicants for the 2020-2021 school year, Kairos can no longer accept any applicants from Grades 2-6. Listed below are the remaining slots for lower levels.

• Nursery                                   4 slots
• Pre-Kinder                              2 slots
• Kindergarten                          3 slots
• Grade One                               2 slots

As per the Philippine government’s instruction, Kairos continues to suspend all school activities during the enhanced community quarantine. Families may continue to use their materials to instruct their children at home. Our primary administrators are available to answer questions via e-mail, Facebook, or our school phone number.

Apart from academic and logistical support, Kairos serves our families by facilitating events that foster camaraderie and learning opportunities for our families. Field trips and special events occur thrice a year, and our teachers remain available for questions, clarifications, and assistance throughout the school year.

Families exchange tips, tricks, and stories as they experience their homeschool journeys, and we celebrate with each student at every milestone and deadline. There is nothing like a special bazaar, game day, or out-of-town trip to celebrate a job well done!
